Audrey Hall Hall

Audrey Frances Hall Hall, 77, of Lynch Station died Saturday, January 8, 2011 in Lynchburg General Hospital. She was the wife of the late William A. (Dink) Hall for fifty-six years. Audrey was born February 1, 1933 in Altavista, a daughter of the late Bryant Reynolds Hall and Louisa Victoria Burnette Hall. She was a member of Mount Hermon United Methodist Church and retired from Klopman Mills after twenty-eight years of service. She is survived by one daughter, Audrey Diane Hall Arthur and her husband Terry Jonan Arthur of Greer, South Carolina; one granddaughter, Wendy Diane Arthur Weimar and her husband Joseph Daniel Weimar of Auburn, Alabama; one grandson, Lee Jonan Arthur of Columbia, South Carolina; a great grandson, Cooper William Weimar; one great granddaughter, Emily Diane Weimar; one sister, Doris Ann Hall Clark of Altavista; one brother, Clarence Rudolph Hall of Chatham; and many loving in-laws, nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by five brothers, Dillard Hall, Jack Hall, Oliver Hall, Onnie Hall, and Odell Hall; and three sisters, Margaret Altice, Magdalene Leffel, and Matt Matherly. A funeral service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m., Tuesday, January 11, 2011 at Mount Hermon United Methodist Church by the Rev. Allan Murphy with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-7:30 p.m., Monday at Finch & Finch Funeral and Cremation Service, Altavista and other times at the residence. Additionally, the family will receive friends in the Mount Hermon United Methodist Church Fellowship Hall following the funeral service.
