Born to James and Margaret Kilbourn on January 7, 1954 with an infectious smile and a heart full of compassion, she embraced life with an unparalleled zest for living. She never met a stranger, effortlessly weaving connections and friendships wherever she went. Her magnetic personality drew people in, creating a tapestry of relationships that spanned communities and generations. Barbara had a gift for humor, and her quick wit and playful spirit could brighten even the darkest of days. She is survived by her loving wife, Tamara Barbour; one sister, Mary Redlus and her husband, Stanley; one brother, Jeff Huzway and his wife, Linda; one grandson, Brandon Ditto; four great-grandchildren, Brandy Ditto, Kaleigh Ditto, Bryan Letchford and Brandon Ditto, Jr.; her mother-in-law, Jane Barbour; one brother-in-law, Chuck Barbour; and her special cousin, Lya Walker and her husband, Devon.
